These newly renovated apartments offer simple and practical accommodation options for 1–4 people in Pudasjärvi. The interiors are designed in natural tones and materials, which support a peaceful atmosphere and make the spaces comfortable without unnecessary decoration.
Well equipped apartment
The apartment has its own kitchen, where you can find all the basic cooking equipment. You have a stove, integrated microwave and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and coffee and water kettle at your disposal. Coffee and instant porridge are included in the accommodation.
The beds are already made, and the bathroom has towels, detergent and basic equipment. Hand towels and bath towels are made of linen.
The price of accommodation always includes final cleaning, and there are no separate cleaning fees. There is free parking in the yard, and you can easily enter with a key code. There is no staff on site, but customer service can be reached at 041 3140 250.
Check-in starts at 4 pm and
check-out by 12 pm on the day of departure.
Intermediate cleaning can be ordered for bookings of more than one night.

The property does not have its own WiFi.
Children of all ages are welcome. Please include the number and ages of children traveling in your group in the message. Extra beds are available for an additional fee.
Unfortunately, we do not accommodate pets.
Quiet hours after 10 PM. We will do our best to ensure everyone gets a good night’s sleep.
Please note that the old house has its own atmosphere, so you may hear creaking floors, rustling noises, and conversations through the walls.
Smoking is prohibited.
There are no televisions in the apartments.
There is no age limit for check-in.
Parties/events are prohibited. The property does not accommodate bachelor parties or similar.
Accessibility
Please note that the house is not accessible. There is no elevator and the entrance is up a steep flight of stairs. The upper floor is only accessible by stairs and the hallways are not wide.
Yard work is still ongoing. The yard is an uneven gravel yard and cars can drive through it.
Safety
The accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors, powder extinguishers and fire blankets. There are fire extinguishers in the hallway.
