Right of return / Right of cancellation

Basic information

In Finland, the buyer (consumer) generally has a 14-day right of cancellation in distance selling (online stores and other distance selling situations). The cancellation period begins when the customer has received the order (last package). The right of cancellation applies to consumer customers, not traders.

How to exercise the right of cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please notify us clearly and no later than 14 days after you received the product. Notification can be made, for example, by email or telephone:

Return conditions

• The product to be returned must be sent to us without delay, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation notification.
• The products must be returned in their original condition, without additional damage and, if possible, in the original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless otherwise agreed or unless the product is defective or the defective product would result in a cost for which the seller is responsible.

Refund / Return Fee

• The refund will be paid without delay and no later than 14 days after the seller has received the returned product or received proof that the customer has sent the product back (whichever occurs first).
• The refund includes the original order fees (excluding any additional fees if the customer chose a delivery method other than the most affordable).
• The refund will be paid using the same payment method used for the original payment, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Return of a defective product

If the product is defective or differs from the order, please contact customer service and we will rectify the situation: we will offer a repair, exchange, price reduction or refund if necessary. In this situation, the return costs will be reimbursed to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Additional information and customer rights

• The customer also has the right to file a complaint or inquiry with the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV) and the local consumer advice centre if the matter cannot be resolved with the seller.
• Always keep the receipt of the shipment and all communication regarding the return.
